Our cheesecakes are baked in small batches, flash frozen, then shipped with ice packs in a recycleable insulated liner.
Orders are released without signature required. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional charge at checkout. Sorry y’all!

How to Eat
Arrival: Your cheesecakes will arrive thawed. Upon arrival, place your cheesecakes in the refrigerator or in the freezer. Cheesecakes can be refrigerated for 7-10 days or frozen for up to 9 months.
Serve frozen: Grab ’em out of the freezer like an ice cream sandwich — perfect for eating with your hands!
Serve thawed: Plate from frozen. Then, sit them out at room temperature for 15 minutes to achieve a classic cheesecake consistency.
