❄️ We take enormous pride in our cheesecakes and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition. Our cheesecakes are baked in small batches, flash frozen, then shipped with ice packs in a recyclable insulated liner.
✈️ Orders are released without signature required. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional charge at checkout. Sorry y’all!

How to Eat
👉 Arrival: Your cheesecakes will arrive thawed. Upon arrival, place your cheesecakes in the freezer. They'll stay fresh in the freezer for up to 9 months.
👉 Serve thawed: Plate from frozen. Then, sit them out at room temperature for 15 minutes to achieve a classic consistency.
👉 Serve frozen: Grab ’em out of the freezer like an ice cream sandwich — perfect for eating with your hands!
Serving Size
Each cheesecake is 99g and 3" in diameter — a restaurant sized order. Toppings optional!
Many customers find that each cheesecake provides multiple servings. A piece goes perfectly with coffee in the morning, as an afternoon snack, or as a decadent dessert after dinner. At just 3g net carb for the entire cake, you can fit this decadent treat into your day however you like!

After seeing the cheesecake shown on Facebook many times I finally gave in when the limited offering of key lime was introduced. What a surprise! Rich and creamy and delicious! For those reviews that think it may be a bit expensive, you have to remember this a generous portion that is at least the size you get in a nice restaurant and you have it without the danger of a blood sugar spike or the guilt associated with a decadent treat like this.
Love these personal cheesecakes! Just the right size for sharing or not! Flavors are great with chocolate, key lime, strawberry and plain ( I add my own fruit to this one or not!) I am so happy I made this purchase. Also bought the Strawberry Bites...I've found a new love! Don't sit in the fence...take the plunge. You'll be glad you did!

What is allulose?
